A VISIT TO A BERBER MUSEUM & LUNCH

Come and join us for a fun cultural visit to the Berber Museum & Tafza Village in the Ourika Valley!!

The Berber Museum of Ourika valley is located at 37Km from Marrakesh, in the village of Tafza. It was the first Berber museum created in Morocco.The building was restored according to traditional methods, and presents the universe of the Berber women : rugs, jewellry, pottery and photographs. Besides conservatory activities and its collections, the museum is involved in many social activities with local organizations. 

We will be given a private tour by the Museum's director or his partner, and then explore the lovely village of Tafza and the river.

Lunch will be served at 1pm in a local Berber home, from ingredients all grown by the locals.
