Day 1: Marrakech – Meknes

From Marrakech to highway and join the economic capital, Casablanca. Passage on the place Mohamed V and the place of the United Nations. Visit the Medina and then you go to the splendid Hassan 2 Mosque beside the sea. The mosque was completed in 1993 and has the tallest minaret in the world at 201m. It can accommodate 25,000 worshipers in the prayer rooms. A tour to the district Habbous and is the departure to Rabat, the administrative capital. Visit the Hassan Tower, the Kasbah of Oudayas and Chellah gardens. After the tour of this beautiful city, we head to Meknes. Night in a hotel

 

Day 2: Meknes – Fez

In the morning you will tour this ancient imperial city with the gates of majestic beauty as Bab El Mansour and Bab khims. Departure to Moulay Idriss, the city of the founder of the Muslim dynasty in Morocco. All sides will find traces of the Romans with the ruins of Volubilis with these beautiful mosaics. Continue to Fez with free time and overnight in a riad.

 

Day 3: Fes

This day will be devoted to the visit of Fez with a guide of the city. Fez and the oldest imperial cities created in the eighth century by Moulay Idriss. The medina is classified by UNESCO. You will have very many sites to visit in this spiritual capital and full of stories. The souks, fountains, tombs mérinides, Royal Palace etc … Night in a riad

 

Day 4: Fez – Merzouga

Change of scenery, you will continue south through the Middle Atlas cedar forests with these and the many lakes. Passage in Ifrane, the little Switzerland that has its ski resort. Further it is Azrou where you will discover these forests with these macaques (monkeys). It is also a paradise for butterflies with a unique diversity in the world. You will continue to Midelt and Jebel Ayachi.

Further you walk along the beautiful Ziz Valley with these palm groves. Arrived in the evening in Merzouga, you will change your 4X4 to mount dromedaries that will take you for 1 hour in the dunes to reach a bivouac. After watching the sunset from the top of the dunes, nomadic you have prepared the meal and they will deliver you the evening with their music around a campfire. Sleeping in the sand, you could dream of another planet waiting for a shooting star to make a wish.

 

Day 5: Merzouga – Ouarzazate

After this extraordinary night in the dunes, camels transport you to the 4X4 and that is the direction of Rissani you take. A Rizzani is the large regional souks. Take the road that will take you to Tinghir and Toudgha with these impressive gorges. You will leave this valley to go in the next valley, the Dades with its road and laced the grooves. Passage by a track to reach the third valley, that of roses.

Touring a distillery in rose water and you will continue to Skoura to visit a beautiful kasbah that has served the setting for many films. Arrived in the evening to Ouarzazate. Night in a hostel.

 

Day 6: Ouarzazate – Marrakech

A quick tour of the city with the visit of the kasbah of Taourirt and movie studios and take the road to Marrakech with a stop at the Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou. It is famous fortified village of extraordinary beauty. This is why the greatest filmmakers of the world have used this setting for their films. It is also classified by UNESCO. For an old track, you go back to the Atlas in the beautiful Ounila Valley.

At the end of the valley lies the kasbah of Gloui to Télouet. Passage by the highest Morocco neck at an altitude of 2260m Tizi N’Tichka. Arriving in the afternoon in Marrakech to take possession of a nice room in a charming riad. A massage will give you plumb before bargain hunting in the souks of the medina.
